I booked a room with a great bed, central heating, a private safe, and LCD TV. Location: the hotel was close enough to Bozhentsi and Stara Planina mountain. The service here was impeccable.

The hip new hotel was ideal! The queen room we had was outstanding. The staff was pretty friendly, kept everything clean and great. The venue location was beautiful in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was close enough to Bozhentsi, Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo and the forest and the two restaurants. We loved spending 1 night here.

The location was convenient and beautiful, right next to Bozhentsi, which is a cultural and historical national reserve, and a beautiful mountain. I booked a nice-sized and warm room with a beautiful view.

The room was large and warm with a stunningly beautiful view. the staff were affable and accommodating. - the breakfast offered a wide array of outstanding food. - the location was wonderful, with a short walk to the forest, Bozhentsi, a cultural site, and Stara Planina mountain.

Conveniently located hotel with clean facilities. Tasty food and friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities with a relaxing SPA center including a glass-ceiling pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, and cold shower. Beautiful forest views from the balcony. Enjoyable breakfast and dinner options.

Spent new year at a beautiful hotel in the middle of a mountain forest. Loved the spacious rooms and the cozy lobby area. the indoor swimming pool was clean and warm. They also had an excellent wellness center with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. the staff was friendly.
There were some disadvantages. the breakfast lacked variety and the juice wasn't great.

The position of this hotel is mind-blowing, nestled in the middle of a beautiful forest and just a stone's throw away from the charming traditional village of Bozhentsi. The heated pool was a super bonus, allowing us to take a refreshing dip while enjoying the stunning views from the balcony on the 5th floor. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely jaw-dropping, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The lobby and restaurant were wow, impressively designed and created a welcoming ambiance. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff, especially Hristo, were friendly and top professionals, making our stay even more memorable. If you're looking for adventure, there are plenty of jaw-dropping places nearby to explore.

Great Views, Nice Pool Area
Spent a few nights in the area and stayed in a hotel with magnificent views of the forest, which truly amazed us. The hotel had a nice pool area which was very enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby villages and other tourist attractions in the area.
The staff's attitude was unacceptable. They were rude and lacked customer service skills.
